Yes, it is possible to return them within 14 days. Returned items must be undamaged and unworn (including the original packaging). Please, do not put shipping labels on the original packaging. We will not be able to accept the return if anything is damaged or missing.

The customer is responsible for the cost of the return (shipping with tracking is recommended).

All returns must include a copy of the invoice (or a note with the order number and your info).

The returns will be processed and refunded in 10 business days.

With international tracking it can take up to a few days for the tracking link to start working.

Until then you can use the Slovenian GLS site to track your parcel.

Measure your feet and add 5 - 15 mm to the length, to get the recommended shoe length.

• 0 - 9 mm of extra space = snug fit
• 10 - 14 mm of extra space = recommended fit
• 15+ mm of extra space = loose fit (mostly for heavily lined winter shoes)
